The initial plan is to meet at noon the first day and break at noon the second day. This will give an opportunity to travel in the morning of the first day and afternoon of the second day while providing two full working sessions (afternoon of first and morning of second days) and social time rhe evening of first day. A tentative agenda is provided below. UF/ABE will sponsor the breaks and socials and can provide transportation to and from the local airports (GNV-10 min from campus- and Jacksonville, 1 h from campus). We are looking at reserving a block of hotel rooms at a reduced rate for those dates in the Reitz Union Hotel (https://www.union.ufl.edu/UnionHotel), located in the center of the UF campus (less than 5 minutes walking from Rogers Hall). To get the hotel reservations blocked and other logistics in place it is now urgent that we get a confirmation of your participation (or a delegate from your institution).
